The lowest-risk way to hire a firm.
We think you should see the value before you pay for it. So our entire billing model is built around delivery first — with clear terms that keep everyone protected.
Payment after completion
We invoice at the end of each session or milestone of a project — after the work is delivered, revised, and you've confirmed you're satisfied. You're never asked to pay up front for undelivered work.
Revisions included
Reasonable revisions to reach the agreed outcome are part of every milestone, not a surprise line item. A milestone isn't "done" until it meets what we scoped together.
Pro rata refunds
If we're unable to complete a project, you receive a pro rata refund for any milestone not delivered. You only ever pay for work that was finished and accepted.
No charge for unfinished work
If work was started but a milestone wasn't reached, we don't charge for it. Effort we couldn't turn into a delivered result is on us, not you.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. Full scope, milestones, fees, currency, delivery timelines, and refund terms are set out in a written agreement before any work begins, and govern each engagement. Prices are quoted in CAD and applicable taxes may apply. Refunds, where owed, are returned to the original payment method within the timeframe set by the relevant payment processor.
